Spray the inside of a coffee mug with cooking spray.
Pour egg whites into mug and beat with a fork. Loosely cover mug with a wet paper towel and microwave the egg whites at 50% power for 30 seconds. Stir with fork, cover and microwave for another 30-60 seconds until eggs are just set.
Place turkey bacon on a layer of paper towels on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 90 seconds or until crispy.
Toast the English muffin. Top half the English muffin with egg, cheese and bacon, followed by the other half.
