Suggest a better descriptionChop bacon and fry. Set aside.
In same pan, saute onions and garlic. Cook for roughly 5 minutes until onions translucent.
Add coffee, cider vinegar, maple syrup, and brown sugar and bring to boil. Add bacon back in and cook for 5 minutes.
Add mixture to slow cooker. Put on high, uncovered, and let cook for 4 hours.
Put mixture in blender/food processor and pulse until coarse.
Place in jar with lid. Keeps for a few weeks.
