Prepare noodles al dente according to package directions, drain and set aside. Meanwhile, fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and reserve drippings. Use 1/4 cup of the bacon drippings to saute the onions and garlic until tender. Discard remaining drippings. Add bacon and remaing ingredients to onions and garlic, cook until heated through about 8-10 minutes. Remove mixture to a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish and top with additional parmesian cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
