Suggest a better descriptionPreheat grill to medium. In a bowl combine beef, hot sauce, salt & pepper to taste. Fry bacon until crispy in skillet over medium heat. Remove bacon to paper towel. Form meat mixture into 8 thin patties. Sauté onion in bacon fat until tender (about 5 minutes). Place onions & bacon in bowl with cheese. Form spoonful of bacon-cheese mixture in a ball & place in center of 4 patties. Top each with another patty & seal edges. Grill burgers over medium-high heat.
