Suggest a better descriptionBacon Ranch potatoes - delicious! Poked the potatoes several times on each side with a fork. Rubbed potatoes with a paper towel that had olive oil on it, then rubbed coarse kosher salt on the potatoes. Preheated to 400 degrees on Airfry, placed potatoes on rack in middle position. Baked for 45 minutes, turning potatoes over at 18 minutes left. Put bacon on rack in top position for last 7 minutes. We added ranch dressing and shredded cheese to the potatoes, along with the bacon. Delicious! Potatoes were so creamy!
