Chicken, pasta
Preheat oven to 425. Combine basil, salt and pepper, and rub all 4 pieces of chicken with the mixture. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Turn off heat and drain juices from pan. Wrap each piece with 1 piece bacon and place back into pan seam side down. Pour entire jar of pasta sauce into pan distributing evenly around the chicken.
Place pan into oven, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is cooked and chicken is close to done. Place 1 slice mozzarella over each piece of chicken, and cook for 3-5 more minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving. Serve over cooked pasta. Refrigerate any leftovers.
