Suggest a better descriptionSpread bacon on wax paper. In large bowl, mix ground beef, egg, salt, Tabasco sauce, mustard, bread crumbs, steak sauce together. Place beef mixture over bacon strips and flatten. Cover mixture with onions, bell pepper and mushrooms. Roll jelly roll fashion and remove wax paper. Place in baking dish and bake at 375F for 1-1/2 hours.
