In a big bowl, combine beef, bacon chunks, garlic, chives and coconut milk. Mix well until all the ingredients hold together.
Season the mixture with pepper to taste. No salt is needed due to the bacon.
Take a medium size muffin tin and place a slice of bacon around the sides of each hole
Fill the same holes with beef mixture
Cook for 30 min
