1. Preheat your oven to 400(F) Degrees
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bacon chunks, garlic, chives, coconut milk, and black pepper. Mix well until ingredients hold together.
3.Place bacon strips around the inside of each muffin hole.
4. Fill 12 muffin bin holes with the beef mixture.
5. Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes.
Note: Pre-heat bacon strips in oven for 10-15min (Not fully cooked) prior to adding to Muffin Bin otherwise they will be undercooked in Muffin bin
