This is a Dutch recipe.my mother used to make it came for a dutch cookbook.
- Preheat over to 375?
- Mix pork & seasoning ina meduim bowl, let stand 1 hour or coverd over night in the refridgerator
- Make eight balls in a the shape of cylinder..
- Wrap each ball with 1 slice of bacon.
- Place on a cookie and bake for 40min you can use parchment paper so they don't stick
The Creole Seasoning..
2? tablespoons of paprika
2 tablespoons of salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon oniion powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dreid thyme
Mix all ingrediant in a bowl place in a frying pan on looww heat just to warm it up so the flavours come out, Then grind them up in a coffee grinder..
