marinate tenderloin in buttermilk for 4 hours or overnight. Rinse and pat dry.
Weave a bacon net with slices.
Season tenderloin with salt and pepper.
Wrap bacon net around tenderloin and secure with toothpicks.
Brown in hot skillet on all sides.
Roast in 375 degree oven until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
