Brunch recipe from Wintergreen VA reunion (Pillsbury Bakeoff winner)
Heat oven to 350. Spray 11x7 inch baking dish (2 quart) with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat egg and milk until smooth. Gently stir in biscuit pieces until evenly coated. Fold in bacon/ham, cheese and onions. Spoon mixture into baking dish arranging biscuit pieces into single layer. Bake until golden brown (about 25 minutes) and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
