Put all the ingredients in a mixer with a kneader.
Knead the dough for 15 minutes.
Take the dough straight from the mixer and put in on the table.
Cover the dough with a plastic bag and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Knead the dough into a ball and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 250°C with the fan off.
Roll the ball out in to baguettes and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Make cuts to your baguettes and put it into the oven.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until your desired color.
Be patient about the resting of the dough, and when you roll it into a ball, be sure you knead most of the air out. That way you get smaller air pockets in your bread.
If you want your bread to be whiter, knead the dough in the mixer without the salt for half of the time, then let it rest in the bowl for 10 minutes, then finish kneading with the salt and knead the dough straight into balls. (skip resting on the table)
