1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Slice french bread in about 3/8 inch pieces
3. Brush each side with olive oil
4. Place on non stick baking pan
5. Bake 2-3 minutes on each side
I like them plain for dips, but for salads I like to sprinkle with different seasoning for added flavor. Great way to use up that left over bread.
