Sprinkle chopped pecans on bottom of greased tube or bundt pan.
Mix together cake mix, pudding, water, vegetable oil and Bailey's. Beat in eggs one at a time. Pour batter into pan.
Bake for one hour at 325 degrees. Let cool before adding sauce.
Boil butter, sugar, water and Bailey's together in sauce pan for 3 minutes. Pour over cake while in pan.
Let cake completely cool before removing from pan.
