Simple cream with some Bailey's kick.
Combine the cream and sugar in a medium mixing bowl. With a hand mixer set to a medium-high speed, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. This should take about two minutes. Add the Baileys to the cream and mix on low until fully incorporated.
Keep everything cold, cream, bowl and beaters.
