Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients, except pecans, in a 2-qt casserole dish.
Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed.
Top each serving with 1T Pecans, if desired
When I initially take this out of the oven it is still a bit soupy, but it will thicken after removed from the oven, so be careful not to overcook too much or it will become dry, if this happens add a little more milk. Enjoy.
