i got this from Giada
cook in olive oil and parsley with S & P and red pepper flakes until water from chokes is all cooked out and artichokes are a little brown, add a 1/2 cup of chicken stock, marsala wine or whatever kind.
Melt butter, breadcrumbs and parmesean and then put chokes in baking dish and put topping on... bake at 450 for only 10 minutes....
