Asparagus is one of the most nutritionally well-balanced vegetables in existence. That's really good to know when you are on a healthy diet.
But, what's more important is the taste!!!!!
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Wash the Fresh Asparagus and cut the white bottoms.
Arrange the Asparagus ona baking Sheet and sprinkle with the Olive Oil, add a little Salt and Red Pepper Flakes.
Bake Asparagus for 12-15 minutes until tender in a preheated oven.
Sprinkle Lemon Juice and Parmesan Cheese over Asparagus.
Enjoy!
