Pre heat oven to 425 F
Snap off the tough end of the asparagus spears
Add egg whites to a small plate and flour,parm,crumbs,salt,pepper to a separate plate
Coat each asparagus spear in egg whites then in the flour mixture
Place asparagus spears individually on a wire rack
Bake at 425 for 15 min or until golden brown and crispy
