Line pan with the bacon. Use glass, steel, aluminum baking sheet. Don't cover it.
Put the pan into a cold, unheated oven on the middle rack.
Set the oven to 400 degrees.
Cook 20 minutes. It may take a little more or less, so watch it.
Drain the bacon on paper towels.
Comes out nice and straight and not too shrunken and very crispy!
