Heat the oil, add the onion and fry untIl soft. Add the garlic, spices, chilli and spring onions and stir-fry for a couple of minutes. Tip in the baked beans and coriander, stir wells and heat through. Season to taste with salt and lemon juice.
You can simply serve this on toast as usual but it's also good with pitta bread or rice.
