Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut Brie into cubes and place in a round oven safe baking dish
Finely chop the Roma tomatoes and place on top of Brie
Finely chop basil leaves and place over chopped tomatoes
Scatter minced garlic over the basil
Place in oven for 10 minutes or until brie has melted
Remove from oven and stir to combine all ingredients.
