Very easy recipe and the kids love it!
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Place popcorn in 4 inch deep pan. keep war in oven. Butter 15.5 x 10.5 x 1-in pan.
In large sauce pan melt butter, stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to boil over medium heat. Stir constantly. Boil without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla. Remove. Remove popcorn from oven slowly pour syrup mixture over popcorn. Mixing well. Turn into buttered baking pan. Bake 1 hour. Stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool. Break or cut apart. Store in tightly covered container.
