Preheat oven to 350F. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla until well blended. Add eggs and mix until blended. Pour into crust and bake 30 minutes or until centre almost set. Do not let it brown. Refridgerate at least 3 hours. Top with pie filling to serve.
