Blend suagr and cream cheese on medium speed until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition. Blend in vanilla then pour into a graham cracker crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn down to 250 degrees and bake 1-2 hours, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Set overnight.
