Suggest a better descriptionIn bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, thyme, parsley, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Dredge each chicken breast in mixture. Grease shallow roasting pan, pour in water and arrange chicken. Sprinkle with melted butter. Bake at 350 uncovered for 25-30 minutes. Pour wine over chicken. Lower temp to 325. Cover pan with foil and bake for 10-15 min. Remove foil, raise temp to 350 and bake 10 minutes.
