Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350'
Mix 50/50 salsa and sour cream.
Spread tortilla with sour cream.
Top with cooked chicken or beef, pepper, onion and tomato and roll.
Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
Put roll tortillas, seam side down into baking dish.
Top with plenty of salsa.
Bake 15 - 20 minutes.
Top with shredded cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
Serve with a salad
