This recipe is perfect as a starter. You get the combination of both chicken and the favorite macadamia nuts in a single dish.
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and lay them on the baking sheet
3. Coat the top of the chicken breasts lightly with homemade mayonnaise
4. Coarsely chop the macadamia nuts and sprinkle on the top
5. Bake for 30 minutes or till the time the nuts turn light brown.
6. Serve with a side of mayonnaise or fresh bean salad.
It is very important to get good quality of macadamia nuts for this dish to be perfect. I prefer getting macadamia nuts from duck-creek.com.au as they supply good quality of nuts at reasonable prices.
