Easy, tasty, lemony
Preheat oven to 450. Squeeze juice from one lemon. Slice the other lemon.
Put chicken/potatoes in a bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice, oil, oregano, garlic & salt & pepper. Turn pieces to coat evenly. Then place chicken, skin side up, in a baking pan large enough to hold them in a single layer. Tuck the lemon slices & potatoes in between the chicken pieces.
Bake for 45 min. Baste with pan juices. Continue to bake for 15-30 minutes long, basting occasionally.
Transfer to a serving platter. Tip the baking dish & skim off fat. Pour the remaining juices over the chicken.
