Firstly preheat your oven to 180C and allow it to warm up whilst you cook. Soak your oats in a bowl with the coconut milk and water for 10-15 minutes so they can soften up. Meanwhile, mash your banana roughly with a fork, then combine the oats, baking powder and banana in a bowl. Pour into a small baking dish and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until crispy and lightly browned on the top, then top with raspberries and blueberries and enjoy!
