Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray baking dish with Pam Cooking spray.
Lay cod in baking dish and sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.
Sprinkle Italian Panko Crumbs on top of the fish (not too thick).
Add pads of butter along the top of the fish.
Cook in oven for 30 minutes
Serve with rice pilaf and vegetable
