Heat oven to 350?. In large bowl, blend first four ingredients. Pour into six 6-oz custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place in 13x9 inch pan with about 1 inch hot water. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Serve warm or chilled.
