Beat butter, oil, & sugars until smooth.
Add eggs, beat to combine.
Stir in baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla.
Stir flour into butter mix, alternate with milk. Add flour - making sure all 3 are combined.
Spoon batter into pans, filling wells to 1/4 of the rim.
Bake 10 mins, wait 7 mins before removing from the pan.
