Eggs baked with ham and bread and of course cheese
1.Preheat oven to 400. Butter shallow ovenproof dish (or bake in individual serving dishes).
2.Break eggs into the dish. Season w/ salt & pepper. Sprinkle the top w/ the grated cheese.
3.Dot w/ butter. Cover the dish, & bake for 7-10 minutes,or until the whites have set & the cheese has melted. Garnish w/ the basil. Serve hot w/ warmed bread.
