1. slice french it 20 slices. Arrange slices in a 9 by13 flat baking dish in 2 rows overlapping the slices 2. IN a large bowl combine eggs, half & half, milk, sugar, Vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt & beat until blended but not too bubbly. 3. Pour mixture over bread slices, making sure all are covered evenly with the egg -mixture. except the praline topping 3. beat with a blender until blended but not to bubbly Pour over the bread slices making sure you get some between the slices and making sure all are covered evenly with milk egg mixture Spoon some of the mixture in between the slices. 4. Cover with foil & refrigerate overnight. 5. the next day preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread praline topping evenly over the bread & bake for 40 min until puffed and golden. Serve with maple syrup
