n a 13 x 9 pan, spray heavily with Pam. Layer the bread side by side in
fours. Top with another layer of bread. Blend the eggs, and other
ingredients except the brown sugar and cold butter in a blender or by
hand. Pour over the bread and let sit in refrigerator for 4-6 hours or
overnight. In morning or later on in day, preheat oven to 350, top with
the brown sugar/cold butter mixture, and bake for 40-45 minutes. Servings
are two slices. Delicious!
