Baked French Toast
Slice the French Bread into 1" slices and place in a glass pyrex that has been sprayed with Pam/buttered.
Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla and milk together. pour over sliced bread. Cover and refrigerate overnite.
Next morning...
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Make the crumble - Flour, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon & Butter and mash together.
Turn the bread slices over. Scatter top with blueberries. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top.
Bake for 40 minutes or until Golden Brown. Serve with Syrup (optional)
