Baked praline french toast from my haircut lady Cathee!

Cut Challah bread into cubes and fill the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Combine first 7 ingredients and beat with a beater until well-blended, but not bubbly. Pour over bread cubes.
Combine praline topping ingredients, spread over top of bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Put foil underneath as it bubbles over a bit.
