Slice bread into thick (1 1/2 inch thick slices).
Pour butter in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over butter. Set aside. Beat eggs in bowl, adding milk and salt. Dip bread in egg mixture coating both sides of bread and place over sugar mixture in pan. Do not flip bread in pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve sugar side up on plate.
