Lay sliced bread in greased 9 X 13 pan.
Mix eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour over bread cover and refrigerate overnight.
Mix butter, brown sugar, pecans and corn syrup. Crumble over top top of bread.
Preheat oven to 350(F) degrees.
Bake casserole 40 minutes until brown.
Serve with syrup.
