1. Butter 9" x 13" baking dish. Lay bread slices of in bottom. Beat eggs, milk, cream, vanilla & cinnamon together and pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. In morning, take dish out of refrigerator and turn over each piece of bread. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover dish with foil and bake 20 minutes.
3. In small saucepan combine butter, sugar, and syrup. Heat until bubbly. Pour over bread & eggs and bake 20 minutes Uncovered.
Suggestions were made to leave bread slices out until they dried or put them in toaster oven to dry.
