Suggest a better descriptionFour small baking potatoes (fist size). Coat outside of potatoes with cooking spray such as Pam, butter flavored, salt and enclose separately in aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until done, of-course. Remove from oven and cool. Refrigerate overnight. Remove aluminum foil, peel potatoes or not, as desired, coat skillet with Pam, butter flavored, slice potatoes, salt and pepper to taste, cook on medium temperature until brown. VERY tasty without the fat! Enjoy!
