Quick assemble and bake.
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and cover the bottom with a thin layer of bread crumbs.
Melt butter. In a shallow bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, cheddar, and garlic powder. Dip each breast in the melted butter to coat, and then into the breadcrumb mixture. Place the chicken in baking dish and drizzle with remaining butter. Sprinkle with any remaining breadcrumb mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juice runs clear.
