Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 4quart casserole dish. Bring broth to boil w/garlic powder, salt & pepper in2 quart sauce pan. Stir in grits & whisk until completely combined. Reduce temp to low and simmer until grits are thick, abt 8 minutes. Add cubed cheese and milk, stir. Gradually stir in the eggs and butter until all combined. Pour mixture in prepared dish. Sprinkle white cheddar and bake 35-40 minutes until set.
