Spray 6 by 12 pan with Pam. Mix Rice, mushroom pieces and onion together. Pour in bottom of pan. Place haddock or cod on rice. . Pour broth over fish, sprinkle with seasonings. Cover with aluminum foil and bake two hours at 350?.
