Suggest a better descriptionFor Sauce: add olive oil to saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion 3-5 minutes.
Add garlic and capers. Saute 3-5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients (through Basil leaves).
Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring often.
For fish: Make sauce as directed above and keep warm. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Oil a baking dish, season fish with salt and pepper and lay flat in dish. Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets and place a round of lemon on each fillet. Cover the dish with foil and place in ove. Bake 15 minutes. Check fish. If you can cut into it with a fork it is done. If it doesn't yield, cover and return to oven for 5 minutes. Plate fish when done and spoon sauce over each fillet.
