Kale makes a great low-fat low-cal snack.Sprinkle with whatwvr spices you fancy - celery salt, mild chilli powder or Chinese Five Spice would all work
1. Heat the oven to 150C
2. Cut out the woody stalks from the kale and discard and put in a large bowl,Drizzle over the olive oil and toss to coat the kale thoroughly.
3. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the kale over in a single layer.
4. Bake for 15 - 20 mins
5. Mix the spices together, then sprinkle over the kale.
