Pat fish fillets dry with a paper towel and arrange in 9x13 baking pan
Cut lemon in half. Juice and zest half. Should yield ~1 tbsp juice and 1/2 tbsp zest
Thinly slice other half (4-6 slices)
Melt butter and stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, and garlic
Brush garlic lemon sauce over tilapia fillets. Season, flip, and repeat.
Arrange lemon slices over fish.
Bake for 12-16 minutes, or until fork tender.
