Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from heat; blend in flour salt and mustard. Add mild and heat, stir constantly until sauce thickens. Add 1 1/2 cup of chees, heat til melted.
Meanwhile, cook macaroni as directed, drain. Combine the mac with the cheese sauce in a 2 quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese, bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
